Assembly
1.
For vertical paneling, the mouse strip is nailed to the nailing battens around the entire house. The strip is mounted edge to edge. Then the baseboard is installed in place.

For horizontal paneling, the mouse strip is nailed directly onto the wind barrier around the entire house, edge to edge. Then, vertical battens are installed, followed by the horizontal paneling in the usual manner.
