Step by step packaging

Place the roll cart with the packaging tape where the taping will take place. Pull the tape over and around the goods.

Meet and overlap the tape where it starts. Place the end under The unrolled tape. Squeeze the handle on the band tensioner and slide the two layers of tape in from the side. Release the handle and ensure the tapes are secured in the band tensioner.

Tension slightly. .

Add any edge guards/edge protectors.

Gently stretch using the tension button on the top of the machine. When you feel it is sufficiently stretched or if the machine indicates it is at maximum stretch, press the welding button.

Wait for a beep signal. When the signal sounds, the tape is cured and ready.

Squeeze the handle to cut the tape.

Repeat the same procedure at the places where you want to strap the goods. Strap as many as needed to achieve the right security.
