Keep the house module and building elements dry and clean throughout the entire process – from factory to construction site. The solution is based on a strong and durable cover film on which you can also have your company's logo printed.
Start by covering the corners and other sharp protrusions. Use appropriately sized pieces of, for example, Tecca Concrete Cover Mat, and secure with staples.
02
First, apply a safety layer of transparent, 4600 mm wide plastic. Roll it out over the module and secure it with staples on the sides if necessary. The same plastic should also be attached under the module (to protect against splashes from the road during transport). This can possibly be attached earlier in the production.
03
Pull the white/black 11,200 mm wide plastic over the module and fold down along the long and short sides. Tip! This can possibly be placed already when the roof structure is being built. You can then temporarily fold in what is supposed to fall down on the sides.
04
Attach the plastic along the long sides with staples on top of a PET strapping band or alternatively battens that are screwed or nailed at the bottom along the long sides. Make sure the plastic is properly stretched beforehand.
05
Let the plastic running over the module continue all the way down along the short side and make a hidden fold. Secure the corners from bottom to top with staples on Packaging band PET or alternatively battens that are screwed or nailed in place.
06
For extra tightness, supplement with Module Foil Tape 100 mm in corners and any joints. Be particularly careful on the short side that is placed at the front in the truck's direction of travel. If the module is to be stored outdoors, ensure it is positioned at a sufficient angle for water to drain off.
As an aid to the Module Foil Valve, ventilation from below may be needed for long-term storage.
02
Start by mounting blocks at appropriate intervals for the horizontal battens at the bottom.
03
Place the foil over the module, roll up the batten at the bottom, and screw or nail it to the outside of the blocks so that a gap is formed underneath.
04
The completed assembly looks like this. During transport, it is advantageous to disassemble the blocks to close the gap.
