Application Area
The module foil valve is primarily used for long-term storage of house modules that are packaged with Tecca Cover Foil Module.
Produkten har en spetsig form där den ska stickas igenom plastemballaget. Sidorna är sedan taggiga vilket effektivt skär igenom plasten tills den når de två självlåsande hullingarna som fixerar ventilen på plastemballaget. På insidan av ventilen sitter ett stöd som hjälper att hålla distans till underlaget och främjar luftflödet. Se även monteringsfilm och ”Steg för steg” i vårt skyddsverktyg under TEPROTECT®. A recommendation is to install 2 vents per long side (6-14 m) on a module. During transport, the vents should be removed and the holes taped over, preferably with Tecca Modulfolietejp. Installation
The module foil valve has a pointed shape designed to pierce through the plastic packaging. The sides are jagged, effectively cutting through the plastic until it reaches the two self-locking barbs that secure the valve to the plastic packaging. Inside the valve, there is a support that helps maintain distance from the surface and promotes airflow. Also, see the installation film and "Step by Step" in our protection tool under TEPROTECT®. It is recommended to place 2 valves per long side (6-14 m) on a module. During transport, the valves should be removed, and the holes taped over, preferably with Tecca Module Foil Tape.
Important!
- Consider the temperature (<0°) during the installation of the valve to prevent the plastic packaging from cracking more than desired.
- Please complete the solution by opening the plastic packaging along the long sides at the bottom of the module (see "Step by Step" in the TEPROTECT® protection tool).
- Disassemble the valve before transport and tape the holes with Tecca Modulfoil tape.
