TECCA PRESENTS TESHELL®

Stands the test of time

We know most about how a building envelope should be constructed to last over time while ensuring moisture safety, low energy consumption, and high comfort – simply long-term security. We have developed the TESHELL building envelope® based on that specific knowledge.

In Hunnebostrand, on the west coast, we were involved in a construction project where everything from the architect's vision to the customer's view of their dream home aligned with our expertise, solutions, and values. Join us on the journey from the start of construction to a completed home with a climate shell that ensures the house's sustainability year after year.

THE EDLING FAMILY

From vision to dream home

Jennie, Martin, Walter
& Otto Edling

HOMEOWNER

The Edling family had a dream of their own holiday home and made it a reality. We got to be part of that journey and follow the construction project from start to finish.

Martin and Jennie had a goal and a vision of the finished result. The journey there was characterized by conscious choices, both in the aesthetic expression and in consideration of the environment and nature. In this project, nothing was left to chance, neither in the choice of surface treatment of the panel nor the waterproofing layers in the house.

Now the house is complete, and the family can feel secure in their choice of a climate shell from TESHELL®. It ensures long-term sustainability, efficient energy consumption, and not least, pleasant and comfortable comfort.

ARCHITECT JOSEFIN

Care for the place and an eye for detail

Josefin Nyman

ARCHITECT

That Josefin was hired to design the Edling Family's house was probably not a coincidence. She shares the family's vision regarding care for the location as well as details and conscious choices.

By contributing knowledge about climate shell solutions from TESHELL® the architect gains greater control over the final product. In this project, it meant that Josefin could help the family realize their dream of a project imbued with high demands on quality. Together, we can now feel confident that the family is moving into a sustainable house that will be with them year after year.

CARPENTER JENS

It should be easy to do right

Jens Nord

CARPENTER

With TESHELL® we turn to carpenters and other craftsmen who set high standards for both themselves and the results they deliver. Jens is just such a carpenter. He was involved in building the Edling Family's house with meticulousness, craftsmanship, and precision.

We want with systems and solutions from TESHELL® make the work enjoyable for the craftsman. The assembly of the products should be simple and quick, while we do not compromise for a second on long-term sustainability and quality. A carpenter should be able to feel proud and confident that the building envelope solutions installed in the building will last over time, it should be easy to do it right.
