1 Introduction

TECCA is responsible for the processing of personal data through our digital channels, such as websites, mobile applications, and/or other future digital contact interfaces.

This privacy policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy") is intended to ensure that you, as a user, feel confident that we, as the data controller, handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Be aware that by using the digital channels and/or any of the products, offers, features, tools, services, or resources that we provide (hereinafter "Services"), you consent to us processing personal data about you.

You do not need to provide any personal information to visit the digital channels, but if you do not provide the requested information, it is possible that you may not be able to access the Services or visit all parts of the digital channels.

2 Personal data being processed

Personal data refers to all kinds of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a living individual. In the Services, personal data may include first and last names, phone numbers, addresses, postal codes, email addresses, and possibly personal identification numbers. (collectively hereafter referred to as "Personal Data").

3 Sensitive personal data is not processed

Sensitive personal data are those data that reveal race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as personal data concerning health or sexual life (hereinafter "Sensitive Personal Data"). Health data can include, for example, sick leave, pregnancy, and medical visits.

We do not process any Sensitive Personal Data within the scope of the Services.

4 What do we use personal data for?

The purposes and objectives of processing Personal Data are for us as providers of the Services to be able to receive feedback on the digital channels and the Services included therein, or for you to be able to participate in competitions or other activities. To optimize the use of the digital channels and Services, we may also collect information about you to tailor communication to interests and the like. Without your consent, we will not disclose your Personal Data to others in any way other than as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

5 Information from others

In some cases, we may supplement the Personal Data you have provided with information from other sources in order to evaluate and improve the digital channels and Services.

In addition to what is stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not share the Personal Data you provide to us with any third party. A third party does not refer to an individual or legal entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is otherwise under the same control as the specified data controller (hereinafter "Group Company"). The relevant Group Company that receives the Personal Data will at all times process this data in accordance with what is stated in this Privacy Policy.

We will not forward your Personal Data to third parties (excluding Group Companies) for commercial use.

We may engage independent providers for services related to our digital channels or the Services. These providers may handle Personal Data and sometimes require limited access to Personal Data collected through the digital channels or the Services. We will always strive to limit such access to Personal Data and only share information reasonably needed for the providers to perform their work or provide their services. We will also require these providers to (i) protect your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and (ii) not use or disclose your Personal Data for any purpose other than providing us with the agreed products or services.

We will not transfer Personal Data to a third country (i.e., a country outside the EU/EEA).

If you do not accept what is stated in this Privacy Policy, we kindly ask you not to use the digital channels or Services.

You can withdraw your given consent at any time.

9 Changes to the Privacy Policy

Should we need to make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you upon logging into the Services and through other digital channels, and inform you about the content of the new terms you agree to.

10 Deletion of data

Your Personal Data will not be retained for longer than necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing, and we will otherwise delete Personal Data in accordance with applicable legislation.

11 Right to Request Information

You have the right to request information free of charge once per calendar year about which (if any) Personal Data we process about you and also to have any incorrect information corrected. If you want to know if we process Personal Data about you, you can send a written and signed request to us (see "Contact Information" below).

12 Links

In our digital channels, there may be links to other websites provided by other Group companies or by companies outside the group. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these websites. Therefore, you should review the privacy policy of such a website before disclosing personal data.

13 Security

We take all appropriate technical and organizational security measures required to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, there is always a risk in disclosing Personal Data through digital channels as it is not entirely possible to protect technical systems from intrusion.
