Sill Insulation Secures the Foundation

Among our products, you will find several variants of high-quality sill insulation, made from materials such as foam and cardboard, as well as polyethylene with rubber strips. The primary purpose of sill insulation is to create an insulating layer between the foundation and the sill, in all the places where you want to achieve a capillary-breaking moisture barrier and airtightness. To achieve a fully insulating layer, it is important to remember that the width of the sill insulation should always at least match the width of the overlying sill board. We strive for increased sustainability and reduced climate impact, and therefore we are, of course, very proud that our sill insulation products are approved for Nordic Swan Ecolabelled construction.
