T-Special
Stark dubbelhäftande tejp med hög direkt vidhäftning till permanent montering. Häftämnet är en akrylatdispersion med polyestertrådsförstärkning. Fritt från lösningsmedel, klor och formaldehyd. Även luktfritt, motståndskraftigt mot mjukgörare och med god åldringsbeständighet.
Application Area
Lämplig till mattlister och hårdare listverk (undersida av skumplast, syntet, fleece, PVC, garn, träfiber, nålfilt). Tejpen lämpar sig till fast underlag som murverk, metall, betong, keramik, cement (primas), plast, trä, färgyta, tapeter, gips (upp till 1,5 mm struktur mot
HDF strip, up to 3 mm structure against matte strip).
Inappropriate undersides on carpet, baseboard, or molding:
Texback, mjuk PVC, flotex, PU, nålfilt, homogen och heterogen
PVC, actionback, homogen trälist, växtfiber (kokos, sisal m.fl.
gäller inte träfiber) eller generellt listverk med risk för inbyggda
tensions.
Installation
The tape is equipped with silicone paper that is removed during installation. Installation is done without additional glue, screws, or nails.
Important!
- Store and keep protected from sunlight and strong heat.
- Working and tape temperature: at least +15 °C.
- The surface should be even, dry, clean (free from dirt, grease, and silicone), and resistant to pressure and tension.
- Application is done with pressure, firm pressure, or, if possible, blows with a rubber mallet to increase the adhesive strength in the bonding.
- At least 80% of the list/baseboard height should be glued.
- Temperature resistance of mounted product: -30 °C to +120 °C.
- Note! Always test first on the intended surface!
