Potmix Asphalt Sealant
Potmix Asphalt Sealant is a fast-curing sealing compound that revitalizes old and worn asphalt, restoring its appearance to that of newly laid asphalt. It fills pores and minor cracks, creating a barrier against water penetration and drying from UV radiation. The product is a solvent-free bitumen emulsion.

Application Area
The application surface should be clean and free from dust, oil, and grease. Weather conditions should be dry and at least 5 °C. Pour the mixture over the repair area and then spread with a roller. Coverage is approximately 2.5-4 m²/l depending on the surface structure. Drying time is from 10-60 minutes depending on ambient temperature, and the finished surface should not be walked on until it has set to a black and dry surface. In high traffic areas, the product can be applied in two layers. A second coating can be applied after the first coating has completely dried. Tools can be easily cleaned with water.
