T-Duo Concrete
Double-sided aging-resistant joint tape for concrete with unique adhesive properties. T-Duo Concrete consists of elastically modified acrylic adhesive. The tape is reinforced lengthwise with polyester threads and is transparent and completely solvent-free. The adhesive is aggressive with high adhesive strength, durability, and long-lasting elasticity. A silicone-coated protective paper shields the tape on the roll and is removed during installation. The product is aging-tested and durable.

Application Area
For external and internal applications, primarily on exterior walls for overlap joints or finishing joints against various membranes and substrates. T-Duo Concrete belongs to a new generation of tapes designed to meet today's sealing requirements and demand for adhesion. The adhesive is aggressive with high tack, strength, and long-lasting elasticity and durability.
The double-sided joint tape is specially designed for connections to concrete and plaster with polyethylene/building film (air and vapor barrier like T-Foil). It also adheres to sheets/membranes of Non-Woven (PP, like T-Wind and T-Vap), hard boards of gypsum, wood and fiberglass, or cement-based. It also works on surfaces of glass, polyurethane, metal, and wood (planed, lacquered).
The tape normally does not require a primer for the surface. The product comes with a 30-year product warranty and is also included in a 30-year performance warranty.
Installation
Assembly should be done with full pressure on the seam (preferably use a roller). The seam's full strength is achieved only after a few hours.
The surface must be dry, clean, and free from grease (including silicone). More porous surfaces should be pre-treated with a suitable primer. When installing softer membranes/foils in connection with fixed
In constructions, a little extra material should be added (in folds) before the fixing taping. This is to absorb any material movements. Larger movements in joints should generally be avoided
Approval
System testing (according to standard SP 5632) has been performed by RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) with wind protection T-Wind.

- Should not be used in installations with a risk of standing water.
