Potmix Asphalt Bio 50
Potmix Asphalt Bio 50 är en högkvalitativ asfalt för lagning av asfaltskador, framtagen med ett bindemedel som kombinerar bitumen och bioolja. Asfaltmassan stelnar under tryck och i kontakt med fukt. Genom att delvis ersätta fossila råvaror bidrar produkten till lägre klimatpåverkan jämfört med traditionell lagasfalt. Massan är fri från VOC (kemiska ämnen som kan påverka luftkvalité och hälsa) och lösningsmedel.

Application Area
För lagning av till exempel asfaltsytor där så kallade potthål uppstått eller liknande. För att påskynda härdningen kan den bevattnas innan komprimering - åtgång ca 2 l vatten per 20 kg asfalt. Trafikpåsläpp kan med fördel ske omedelbart efter lagning. Asphalt Bio 50 fungerar lika bra sommar som vinter.
Installation
The repair area is prepared by cleaning and filled with a base layer of gravel/sand that is compacted. A depth of about 1-4 cm is left for the asphalt (normally about 3 cm). On difficult surfaces, Potmix Asphalt Primer is recommended for additional adhesion. The asphalt mix is applied, watered, and compacted with intermittent pressure. If compaction tools are not available, traffic can be allowed for compaction. The consumption for the finished surface is about 20 kg per 1 m² at a 1 cm thick layer (or 20 kg per 0.33 m² at a 3 cm thick layer)
