How does the functionality guarantee work?
TESHELL® consists of several integrated system solutions.
Each system solution consists of a number of products selected to work together to fulfill a function. The desired function often fundamentally involves making the building airtight and moisture-proof
Several of these system solutions have been tested and validated together with RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) to deeply ensure that they withstand weather, wind, and other wear over time. For the system solutions that have been tested in this way, we confidently guarantee 30 years of functionality and durability.
What do I need to do for the functionality guarantee to apply?
Install according to the instructions for the system solution.
Registration of the warranty in our warranty portal.
Sleep well at night with a 30-year functional warranty.
What happens if the warranty needs to be used?
If the solution, against all expectations, does not meet the promised standard, the complaint procedure takes place in three steps:
- We accept a written complaint report that is sent to [email protected]
- An inspection of any damage or faults is carried out on-site by an expert.
- Compensation/solution is provided in accordance with the warranty.
