A minimum 50-year aging-resistant, effective air gap-forming moisture barrier of the highest quality that protects basement foundations against moisture attack. The moisture protection mat is made of HD polyethylene in pure new material to ensure the highest quality.

Application Area
T-Spärr is an effective system for protecting basement foundations against moisture damage. The product is available in several different widths and is part of a system with accessories such as edge strips, fastening discs, nails, adhesive membrane, primer, and possibly a sleeve for penetration. The moisture protection system is primarily used for preventive purposes. If you suspect there are existing moisture damages, we recommend contacting a professional for an investigation so that a remediation and action plan is properly made.

Important!
- The moisture protection mat should be stored before installation to avoid UV radiation (sunlight). Once installed, the entire product should be concealed. This is to ensure aging resistance.
- Follow the assembly instructions carefully. Ensure that the necessary drainage and vapor tightness are achieved.
- Note that lower installation temperatures can affect the system's various components and impair elasticity and strength.
- Dry weather and dried/cleaned surface during installation contribute to a good result.
- Use only compatible and approved accessories.
