AirGap Eaves
Fuktskyddande vindavledare av specialwell med vindskyddande egenskaper för isolering i takfoten. Skivan är diffusionsöppen, fuktavstötande och försedd med distanser som säkerställer ventilationsspalten och ventilationen vid takfoten. Vindavledare är en del i ett system med produkten luftspaltsskiva där de båda produkterna kan användas tillsammans alternativt enbart vindavledare. Det är takkonstruktionens utformning som avgör.

Application Area
The product is used as an external climate shield from the top of the wall to the upper edge of the attic beam layer's insulation. In conjunction with an air gap board, a longer ventilation gap can be created for, for example, parallel roofs.
For low-sloped roofs, less than 14° (1:4), the board with a 50 mm distance is recommended.
Installation
The wind deflector is mounted directly onto the roof underlay. The fastening is done between the rafters/roof beams using corrosion-protected staples (140/10) or roofing nails (minimum size 25 x 2.5 mm). See the installation instructions for details.
Important!
- Fasteners (mechanical attachment) should be galvanized corrosion-protected staples (140/10) or roofing nails at least 25 x 2.5 mm.
- For optimal air tightness, the joints are taped in overlap with sealing tape T-Flex.
- Storage and warehousing should always be protected from precipitation.
- The wind deflectors are moisture-repellent, but precipitation and adverse weather conditions during and after installation should be avoided.
