T-Foam Duo 100
T-Foam Duo 100 är speciellt framtagen för dagens höga krav vid läggning av flytande laminat- och parkettgolv utan lim då man även behöver ett inbyggt fuktskydd. Produkten är tillverkad av extruderad skummad polyeten med helt slutna celler och kombinerats med en laminerad ångspärr av polyeten (PE) vilket ger två olika arbetsmoment i ett vid läggning. T-Foam Duo 100 är åldrings- och alkaliebeständig samt finns i olika längder och även med en tunnare fuktskydd/folie (T-Foam Duo 25) men även utan ångspärr (T-Foam).

Application Area
The application area is most types of floor structures where one wants to isolate impact sound, level out irregularities, and provide increased comfort while also desiring extra good moisture protection. T-Foam Duo 100 has good leveling ability and low deflection at joints, making it suitable for laying both laminate and parquet floors. The material has very good recovery ability after load and pressure. Suitable for use in floors with underfloor heating. Meets the requirements for underlay from EPLF (according to EN 16354).
Important!
- Storage and warehousing should always be done indoors, packaged or in a way that protects the product from sunlight (UV radiation) and heat (˃ +35°C). The maximum operating temperature when mounted on the floor is also +35°C. Higher temperatures primarily affect aging resistance.
- On substrates of concrete, lightweight concrete, or floor leveling compound, with relative humidity (RH) over 60% (up to a maximum of RH 90%), an aging-resistant moisture barrier such as T-Foam Duo should be used.
- On substrates such as slab on ground, floor joists above warm or humid spaces, or floors with underfloor heating, moisture protection should always be used under wood and laminate floors, such as the combination product T-Foam Duo. However, the maximum relative humidity (RH) allowed in the substrate with moisture protection (vapor barrier) is 90%.
- Every joint and overlap with moisture protection foil should be taped for optimal moisture tightness with Sealing Tape T-Flex. Pay special attention to warm floors and floors above warm or humid spaces.
