T-Foil Robust
T-Foil Robust är en luft- och ångspärr med hög diffusionstäthet och styrka. Produkten är tillverkad av Polyeten som är värme-, UV- och alkaliebeständig. T-Foil Robust används främst som luft- och ångspärr (invändig klimatskärm) i termiskt isolerade byggnaders ytterväggar, tak och golv. Dessutom är folien även helt återvinningsbar i kretsloppet vid monteringsspill samt vid en framtida rivning av byggnaden.

Application Area
T-Foil Robust is primarily used as an air and vapor barrier (internal climate screen) in the exterior walls, roofs, and floors of thermally insulated buildings. It contributes to an airtight and moisture-protected construction, preventing harmful moisture and vapor from being transported to sensitive building parts and minimizing energy losses in heated spaces.
Installation
T-Foil Robust air and vapor barrier should be installed in a system with airtight joint aids such as T-Flex sealing tape or T-Stos butyl for pass-throughs, etc. See separate installation instructions!
Generellt fästs klimatskärmen på insidan närmast den uppvärmda sidan av den isolerade stommen. Montaget bör dock ske förskjuten in i isoleringen maximalt 1/3 av den totala isolertjockleken. Denna del fungerar som en isolerad zon innanför klimatskärmen och kan nyttjas som installations- utrymme för elinstallationer m.m. eller fungera som buffertutrymme vid mekaniska infästningar från insidan/interiören. Detta minskar luftläckagen i en färdigställd byggnad på sikt och ökar lufttätheten. Infästningen skall ske med galvaniserad klammer eller läkt med spik och minst minst c-avstånd 600 mm. Infästningen kan också ske med dubbelhäftande T-Duo skarvtejp / T-Butyl skarvband i hela infästningslinjer där mekanisk infästning ej är möjlig. För lufttäta anslutningar mot betongytor rekommenderas dubbelhäftande T-Duo Concrete skarvtejp. Vid mer komplicerade tätningar och
if there is a need for adhesion, T-Fix adhesive and sealant can be used.
Important!
- Store and keep packaged/protected from sunlight (UV radiation) or consistently higher temperatures (>35°C). The film has freely exposed (not built-in) UV protection that corresponds to the construction time (<6 months).
- If there are any doubts regarding the use of the climate screen and its properties, consult a building expert.
