TopTite 3 SE är en självklistrande ytpapp som består av en robust polyesterstomme med goda styrkeegenskaper och hög dimensionsstabilitet. Asfalten innehåller SBS-elastomer, vilket gör att pappen är smidig och flexibel även vid låg temperatur. Ytskiktet är belagt med stenskiffer. I pappens längdriktning finns självklistrande kanter som är försedda med skyddsfolie.

Application Area

Intended for the renovation and new installation of roofs with a slope of at least 3° (approximately 1:20). The roof should be equipped with external drainage. The product is not suitable for roofs with internal drainage (roof drains); for this, a weldable waterproofing membrane is recommended. The roof area should not exceed 300 m² (in such cases, a welded waterproofing membrane is preferable).

Installation

Underlag kan vara spontad träpanel, träelement eller plywoodnutformade så att rörelser i skarvar begränsas. TopTite 3 SE kan även monteras på gammal slät takpapp. Underlaget skall vara rent, jämnt och torrt. För rätt paneltjocklek hänvisas till tabell i AMA Hus -21, HSD.1331/1 (exempelvis spontad panel minst 23 mm). Läs anvisningarna noggrant före påbörjandet av arbetet.
At temperatures below +10°C, a hot air gun is used to activate the adhesive surfaces. For transverse joints and other adhesion, Sealant K-36 or alternatively adhesive and sealing compound T-Fix is used. Nailing is done with roofing nails at least 25 x 2.5 mm (hot-dip galvanized). No nailing should be visible after installation.

Important!

Store and transport upright. Should be covered when stored outdoors. Must not be stacked.
At temperatures below +10°C, store the roofing felt at room temperature for 1-2 days before roofing. Note that the use of a heat gun is required to activate the adhesive surfaces at temperatures below +10°C.
For optimal results, avoid installing in direct sunlight during summer; if the surface becomes too hot, the product is more susceptible to mechanical damage.
When laying on old roofing felt, damages/blisters should be repaired for the best result. Cut away, dry, and possibly repair with Sealant K-36 or alternatively T-Fix adhesive and sealing compound.
For the best results during assembly, always ensure precision at joints, endings, or pass-throughs. These are the areas with the greatest risk for potential future moisture problems.
