What do I need to do for the product warranty to be valid?
Assemble according to the product description instructions.
Registration of the warranty in our warranty portal.
Sleep well at night knowing that you have top-rated products in the building.
What happens if the warranty needs to be used?
If the product, against all expectations, does not meet the promised standard, the complaint procedure occurs in three steps:
- We accept a written complaint report that is sent to [email protected]
- An inspection of any damage or faults is carried out on-site by an expert.
- Compensation/solution is provided in accordance with the warranty.
